MailKP is available now on the Mac App Store for macOS 15 (Sequoia) or later. Connect, import your contacts, analyze a folder, review the selection, and clean — with a preview of exactly what will be deleted before anything happens.
New in MailKP 2.0: every message in a folder is now analyzed, so large or slow mailboxes no longer drop messages. Detection catches commercial mail it used to miss. Every deletion is verified against the sender before removal, protected addresses are never deleted, and refused deletions are reported rather than counted. Gmail is dramatically faster. Save deletion and preview reports as text files.
Please note: MailKP performs permanent deletion. Emails are removed from your server immediately and cannot be recovered. Always review selections carefully before deleting.
